It’s Altrincham HQ’s annual fundraiser for the Christie and in 2020 we’ve now raised over £15,000 for The Christie
I set up Altrincham VS Cancer because my best friend lost both his parents to cancer
As a friend I often felt hopeless, that I didn’t say the right things or do the right things and the only thing I can do is use my platform for good and try and fundraise as much as possible for the Christie
7 events on I now see people affected by cancer every day and it breaks my heart – it’s personal. It’s friends. It’s family
There is no greater cause than kicking cancer and keeping loved ones with us

An annual event
In it’s most basic form it’s 28 businesses running 140km at Pure Gym Altrincham for The Christie because we all have loved ones the Christie has helped

The Christie are the largest single site cancer centre in Europe, treating more than 44,000 patients a year here in Manchester
